The software as a service solutions, or simply put it the SAAS solutions have become more and more important in the latest years, as they are bringing real value in all the interesting activities fields that I have found, without needing the consumer company to develop that software in house, which translates into smaller costs, greater efficiency, greater use of money and also better use of the human resource of the company.
As I am working in the real estate field, I have started in the latest years to develop some in house software tools or small solutions to suite our needs, like a very good CRM, tailored specifically for our needs, or a nice Adwords software that is enabling us to produce better results when we are bidding in some very concurential fields.
But what we have not managed to do properly was to develop some good online marketing tools, although we have tried a couple of times to copy them.
Also, there are a couple of software solutions that are going to be impossible to replicate or to use only for yourself, as the effort of doing this will not worth the investment as consumed hours, money, workforce and so on.
The best example of a software as a service for the real estate industry (designed for both the small companies and also for the larger ones, or for individuals) - the service is called Tour Wizard, and anyone is able to create a virtual tour with this software solution, which is great.
